Expat

We are happy to help the individual expat with his or her Dutch tax obligations, including the following:
  • Dutch personal income tax return
    • M-form: in the year of arrival and departure of the expat, the expat is obliged to file a so called M-form with the Dutch Tax Authorities. With filing of this personal income tax return, in most cases a tax refund can be expected.
    • C-form: expats residing outside the Netherlands while working in the Netherlands (e.g. salary splits), are in principle obliged to file a Dutch personal income tax return.
    • P-form: ‘normal’ Dutch personal income tax form for Dutch residents.
  • Request 30%-ruling
A person recruited from abroad the Netherlands to become an employee of a Dutch employer and who brings specific expertise to the Dutch labor market, may receive a tax free allowance of his employer of 30% of his salary.
  • Immigration services
We can help the expat with the application of a residence/working permit and the so called knowledge migrants regulation.
