Expat
We are happy to help the individual expat with his or her Dutch tax obligations, including the following:
- Dutch personal income tax return
- M-form: in the year of arrival and departure of the expat, the expat is obliged to file a so called M-form with the Dutch Tax Authorities. With filing of this personal income tax return, in most cases a tax refund can be expected.
- C-form: expats residing outside the Netherlands while working in the Netherlands (e.g. salary splits), are in principle obliged to file a Dutch personal income tax return.
- P-form: ‘normal’ Dutch personal income tax form for Dutch residents.
