Before you start the questionnaire, we kindly request you to have the following documents available for upload when family members will accompany you:

1. Copy of the valid passports of your family members
2. Copy of the original (translated) legalized marriage certificate (if applicable), please find more information here
3. Copy of the original (translated) legalized birth certificate(s) of your children (if applicable), please find more information here
4. Copy of the Antecedents Certificate completed and signed by your partner and children of 12 years or older (if applicable), please find the form here
5. Copy of the Authorisation and sponsorship declaration, completed and signed by you, please find the form here
